Pizza Hot Spot is hiring a Store Manager to run day to day store operations. This role is about accountability. You are responsible for sales, staff performance, costs, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. If you cannot lead or control operations, this role will fail.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage overall store operations and daily performance
• Lead, train, and supervise staff
• Prepare rosters and manage labour costs
• Monitor sales targets and control expenses
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and wastage
• Prepare reports and submit store data
Requirements
• Previous experience in fast food or hospitality management
