Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO)
  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, emails, ads, and social media
  • Manage and report on performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools
  • Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and brand voice
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve current strategies
  • Help organise and promote training events, webinars, and industry initiatives
  • Maintain and grow our online presence, including website updates and CRM integration

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in marketing (preferably B2B or education sector)
  • Proficiency in digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM platforms
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a collaborative environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with email automation platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools
  • Previous work in education, training, or e-learning sectors
  • Understanding of Australian business landscape and target demographics
