Job Description

Balaji Painting Services, a trusted name in residential and commercial painting across Lara and nearby areas, is looking for a motivated and skilled Painter to become part of our expanding team. Key Responsibilities:

Carry out interior and exterior painting work, including walls, ceilings, trims, fences, and decks.
Prepare and treat surfaces before painting, such as sanding, priming, and repairing damaged areas.
Apply weatherproofing solutions, protective coatings, and specialised finishes as per project requirements.
Work closely with clients and team members to ensure all projects are completed to specifications and within set timelines.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in line with health and safety regulations.
Support clients with colour selection and material choices when required.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as a painter, with at least 1–2 years preferred.
Solid understanding of painting methods, tools, and materials, including environmentally friendly products.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Valid driver’s licence with access to reliable transportation.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Fully licensed and insured, or willing to obtain the required licences and insurance.
Good communication skills with a positive, professional attitude.
