Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage customers in a warm, professional manner
Assist with transactions, account inquiries, and basic banking services
Educate customers on digital banking tools and services
Identify customer needs and refer them to the right specialist (e.g., Lending, Business Banking)
Maintain accuracy and compliance with NAB policies and financial regulation
Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold NAB’s values
