Job Description

Sapience College is looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to drive promotional initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and support student enrolment growth across local and international markets. The successful candidate will oversee digital campaigns, recruitment marketing activities, and institutional promotions while working closely with admissions and academic teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract domestic and international students
Manage social media platforms, online advertising campaigns, and website marketing content
Coordinate education fairs, promotional events, and recruitment activities
Analyze marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements to campaign strategies
Work with internal departments to create engaging promotional materials and program awareness campaigns
Maintain consistent institutional branding across all marketing communications
Build relationships with education agents, partners, and recruitment networks

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline
Experience in digital marketing, campaign planning, or student recruitment marketing
Strong understanding of social media marketing, online promotions, and analytics tools
Excellent organisational, communication, and planning abilities
Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
Availability to work 20 hours per week (part-time commitment required)
