Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our Subway store.

Salary : 76,515 +Super

Tasks & Responsibilities

Operational Management:

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store.
Maintain Subway's standards in food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
Implement and monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage team members to deliver exceptional service.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.

Financial Management:

Monitor and manage budgets, sales targets, and expenses.
Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Prepare financial reports, including sales analysis and inventory reports.

Customer Focus:

Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering a top-tier experience.
Develop promotional campaigns to attract new customers.

Inventory and Stock Management:

Manage inventory levels, order stock, and minimize wastage.
Conduct regular stocktakes and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Qualification & Experience

1–2 years’ experience as a Retail Manager or similar role in the food and beverage or quick-service restaurant industry.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting and reporting.
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
