We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our Subway store.

Salary : 76,515 +Super

Tasks & Responsibilities

Operational Management:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Maintain Subway's standards in food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and manage team members to deliver exceptional service.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor and manage budgets, sales targets, and expenses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare financial reports, including sales analysis and inventory reports.

Customer Focus:

  • Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback professionally.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering a top-tier experience.
  • Develop promotional campaigns to attract new customers.

Inventory and Stock Management:

  • Manage inventory levels, order stock, and minimize wastage.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Qualification & Experience

  • 1–2 years’ experience as a Retail Manager or similar role in the food and beverage or quick-service restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
