Smokin' Joe's Pizza & Grill is seeking an energetic and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at its newest location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, has a passion for great food, and enjoys building strong, high-performing teams while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including front-of-house, kitchen coordination, takeaway/delivery, and dine-in services
Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve high performance in a busy environment
Drive revenue growth while effectively controlling costs and improving profitability
Maintain excellent customer service standards and ensure consistent food quality
Handle staff rostering, inventory management, compliance, and workplace health & safety
Promote the business within the local community through events, marketing initiatives, and social media engagement

Requirements

Demonstrated experience as a Restaurant or Café Manager, preferably within pizza, grill, or casual dining environments
Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to motivate staff
Solid understanding of financial management, including P&L, rostering, and stock control
Energetic, positive mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality
Must have valid working rights in Australia
