Key Responsibilities
Provide first level IT support to staff and students
Manage user accounts email systems and access permissions
Maintain and monitor network printers and classroom IT systems
Troubleshoot hardware software and network connectivity issues
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers
Maintain IT asset inventory records and support logs
Ensure data security standards and backup procedures are followed
