Key Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities to refer customers to specialist teams (e.g., home loans, business banking)
Follow procedures to ensure compliance with all banking and security regulations
Support branch operations and collaborate with your team to exceed service targets
Skills & Requirements:
Prior experience in retail, hospitality, banking, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine interest in helping customers succeed financially
Confident using digital tools and banking technology
