Job Description

AUSWIDE is a growing Melbourne-based business. We are seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support the business's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
Supervise and coordinate administrative staff, including allocating tasks and monitoring performance
Develop and implement office policies, procedures and systems
Oversee bookkeeping support, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable and petty cash
Manage office budgets, supplies, equipment and vendor relationships
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and staff records
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with workplace, privacy and WHS requirements
Prepare reports and correspondence for management
Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers and service providers

Skills and Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in an office management or senior administration role
Relevant qualification in Business, Management or a related field (Diploma or higher preferred)
Strong organisational, time-management and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
