Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and payroll coordination. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
Manage employee onboarding and exit processes

Address employee queries and provide support on HR policies
Assist in organizing training, team-building activities, and engagement programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed
