About the Opportunity
Bunchline Farms is growing its operations and is seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to become part of our expanding team. We are currently recruiting for the following roles:
- Production Horticulturist
- Forklift Driver
- Section Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
Production Horticulturist
- Carry out land preparation and crop activities according to established standards
- Guide and supervise operators to ensure consistent work quality
- Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules
- Oversee nursery plant care and pressurised irrigation systems
Forklift Driver
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials and farm products
- Load and unload stock carefully to minimise damage
- Complete routine forklift inspections and report any defects
- Assist with warehouse layout and stock management
Section Supervisor
- Lead daily operations within a designated farm section
- Supervise team performance and provide training where required
- Work closely with the Farm Operations Manager to meet targets
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and report concerns
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the applied role
- Relevant qualifications are desirable
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Ability to work efficiently in a changing environment
- Agricultural knowledge is beneficial for Horticulturist and Supervisor roles
- A valid forklift licence is essential for the Forklift Driver position
