Job Description

You will play a key role in preparing and presenting Italian dishes while maintaining consistency, quality, and hygiene across all kitchen operations.

Your Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a range of Italian meals including pizza, pasta, and main dishes
Follow established recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards
Maintain strict food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene practices
Assist with daily preparation, cooking, and service support
Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe
Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff during service periods
Check food quality before service to ensure consistency
Support stock management, storage, and rotation procedures

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years experience in a commercial kitchen or hospitality role
Basic understanding of Italian cuisine (training provided if required)
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
Good communication and reliability
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
